Schedule start to finish 12 weeks to transform an existing dental office to a new restaurant

Ashley & Oscar were owner-operators from June 2022 to August 2023, gaining valuable first-hand experience of successfully owning and running a restaurant and the insider perspective of efficiencies and station process.

Transformed an existing bookstore to a new restaurant in first floor suite of an aging two-story commercial building with minimal first floor to second floor height, limited existing electrical capacity with an all-electric service and no gas connections available, required the addition of an electrical subpanel and close coordination with mechanical, plumbing and ductwork.

Transformed an existing retail shop to a new restaurant in a stand-alone aging commercial building with limited existing electrical capacity with an all-electric service and no gas connections available, required the addition of an electrical subpanel and close coordination with mechanical, plumbing and ductwork.
