Oasis Community Builders is a design-build construction company. We don't identify as just a construction company -- we identify as a company that provides a service that we call a headache free experience. Our combined experience achieves plan submittals to building departments with very minimal to no comments in a streamlined process. This allows for plans to be approved and permitted quickly to allow enough time for the project to be built within the franchisee allowed TI time. 

Oasis Community Builders is very proud of our long-standing relationships with our subcontractors that understand our process and have been vetted for performing the quality of workmanship required to be part of our team. Together we have built over 15 restaurants within the last three years. 

Oscar Ortega has 20 plus years’ experience in the trades, in both residential and commercial construction and is a hands-on working Contractor with innovative approaches to scheduling and constructability. He believes that being hands-on is the only way to achieve the quality and expectations of a franchise and a client. 

Ashley Kenneally holds a Master of Architecture degree from ASU and has over 15 years of experience as an architect and project manager with the expertise needed for the coordination of projects of any size and complexity. She translates a franchise's standard specifications into a quality design and complete set of plans that include food service plans, floor plan layout with full MEP and detailed elevations.
